Below are the binary files , which come along with the package for the 3 packages you have previously mentioned . The umount.cifs utility is typically not needed if unmounts need only be performed by root users, or if user mounts and unmounts can rely on specifying explicit entries in /etc/fstab

cifs-utils-4.8.1-20.el6.x86_64:
/sbin/mount.cifs
/usr/bin/getcifsacl
/usr/bin/setcifsacl
/usr/sbin/cifs.idmap
/usr/sbin/cifs.upcall

samba-common-3.6.23-52.el6_10.x86_64
/usr/bin/net
/usr/bin/pdbedit
/usr/bin/profiles
/usr/bin/smbcontrol
/usr/bin/smbcquotas
/usr/bin/smbpasswd
/usr/bin/testparm

samba-client-3.6.23-52.el6_10.x86_64
/usr/bin/findsmb
/usr/bin/nmblookup
/usr/bin/rpcclient
/usr/bin/sharesec
/usr/bin/smbcacls
/usr/bin/smbclient
/usr/bin/smbget
/usr/bin/smbprint
/usr/bin/smbspool
/usr/bin/smbta-util
